Here you can withdraw from a contract concluded online. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of gift vouchers and can be exercised within 14 days of the contract being concluded.
To do so, please fill in the form below and confirm your withdrawal. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
Please note: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for workshop bookings. If you would like to cancel a booked workshop or name a substitute participant, simply send us an email. You can find our cancellation terms under Cancellation and withdrawal.
