Braided leather is sturdy, grippy and pleasant in the hand, which is why braided dog leashes have a long tradition. From a few leather strands, braiding and knotting produce a piece that can be tailored to dog and hand. The techniques, such as round braiding and the Turk's head knot, carry over to many other leather projects. With a little care, a leash like this lasts for many years.
Kursinhalt

Make your own individual dog leash, perfectly tailored to your needs. After an introduction to tools and leather, you learn the braiding techniques and knots required, such as four-strand round braiding, the Turk's head knot and the Spanish ring knot. The leash is completed with a snap hook, and you also learn how to care for it so that you can enjoy your dog leash for a long time.
Hinweise

Material costs are not included in the workshop fee. They are charged according to consumption and settled directly with the instructor on site, and amount to approx. €40. Please plan for this amount in addition to the workshop fee.

You are welcome to bring your own snap hook.

Times and location: Each workshop day runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at KursWerkstatt München, Haager Straße 9, 4th floor, 81671 Munich.

During the workshop we provide water, coffee and fruit. In the afternoon there is also cake.

Good to know: If you can't make it after all, you can send a substitute participant free of charge at any time. If you cancel up to 31 days before the workshop starts, we charge only 5% of the workshop fee; after that, the full fee is due. Workshop bookings are binding; there is no right of withdrawal.
